Pick Operations Hub if…
You need to sync HubSpot ↔ Salesforce or run programmable workflows.
Operations Hub does things Bloated will never do — bidirectional Salesforce sync, JavaScript-coded workflows, native data quality automations triggered by lifecycle stage changes. If you have a rev-ops engineer and your stack is HubSpot + Salesforce + Stripe + Snowflake, Ops Hub belongs in your stack. We don't compete on that surface.
Bloated complements Ops Hub — many customers run both.
Pick Insycle if…
You're cleaning marketing data — formatting names, dedup, standardization.
Insycle is genuinely better than usat field-level data cleansing. If your problem is "our contact list has 'JOHN DOE' and 'john doe' as duplicates" or "phone numbers are formatted seven different ways," Insycle solves that elegantly. Bloated is aimed at sales-pipeline leaks — overlapping but different jobs.
Their dedup engine is a different category of product.
Stay manual if…
You have under 100 open deals and a Friday cleanup ritual that works.
Bloated's median customer has 500–3,000 recordsand finds the weekly scan replaces hours of work. Below ~100 deals, an experienced rep can scroll through HubSpot's deal list in 15 minutes. We won't try to convince you otherwise — we'd rather you start using Bloated when you actually outgrow that.
