Do you offer a free trial?

Yes — a 7-day free trial that starts when your first scan completes. No credit card required. You see what's leaking out of your CRM before you decide to subscribe.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your dashboard goes read-only. The headline dollar from your last scan stays visible — a reminder of what's still leaking — but the rule-by-rule breakdown, new scans, fix-in-HubSpot actions, and Slack pings all pause until you subscribe. Your data isn't deleted; it just unlocks again the moment you reactivate.

Does Bloated change anything in HubSpot during the trial?

No. Trial is strictly read-only on the HubSpot side: we read deals, contacts, and companies to find leaks, but we never write to your records. Write-back is a paid feature, and even then it only fires when you click "Fix in HubSpot" on a finding.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Anytime, from the billing page. Cancellation is immediate at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation we keep your scan history for 24 hours in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe-secured credit and debit cards. Payment, billing, and invoices are all handled by Stripe — invoices land in the email on file and are also accessible from the billing page.

How is Bloated priced?

One flat price per workspace per month. No per-seat fees, no usage tiers, no surprise add-ons. Your whole sales team and ops team work from the same scan results.

Which CRMs do you support?

HubSpot today. Salesforce and Pipedrive are on the roadmap; reach out if either is a deal-breaker for you.
